By submitting this application for membership in Palmetto DockDogs, the applicant attests to and understands the following stipulations:

- Palmetto DockDogs, its officers, other members, nor practice property owner are responsible for any personal injury or damage to members’ personal property (including dogs).

- Dogs attending and participating in Palmetto DockDogs events, including practices, are current on all state and/or county required inoculations and vaccinations, and have no known aggressive tendencies.

-New members (or renewal of annual membership) will receive a $30 voucher, redeemable at a Palmetto DockDogs Club event for a free wave of competition. May be used for Big Air, Extreme Vertical, Speed Retrieve or Iron Dog fees.
